We're building a next-generation product in the social/consumer space and are looking for a
UI/UX Developer
who can bring creativity, structure, and user empathy to the table. This is not just a job—it's a chance to be part of the
core founding team
of an early-stage startup.

Your Role:

  • Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly mobile and web interfaces
  • Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for testing and iteration
  • Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional UI
  • Define and maintain a consistent design system (colors, typography, branding)
  • Continuously improve user journeys through feedback and analytics

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in
    design tools
    (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
  • Ability to convert designs into working UI is a plus
  • Strong eye for detail, creativity, and modern aesthetics
  • Understanding of UX principles, user psychology, and accessibility
  • Passion for startups and building from zero-to-one
  • Open to equity-based compensation with long-term growth vision
