Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for user-centered experiences, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual designs. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in UI/UX or graphic design, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Apply fundamental UI/UX principles including layouts, typography, color theory, and user flows.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure consistent and user-friendly designs.
  • Prepare, optimize, and export design assets for development.
  • Contribute to responsive design solutions across multiple devices.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.
  • Support usability testing and gather user feedback to improve designs.

Skills & Tools

  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles (layouts, typography, color theory, user flows).
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Familiarity with wireframing/prototyping tools such as Figma or Framer (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Understanding of responsive design.
  • Basic awareness of user research methods and usability testing.
  • Ability to prepare and export assets for development.

Qualifications & Traits

  • 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX or Graphic Design.
  • Strong creative mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to take and apply feedback constructively.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, adapt to industry trends, and improve continuously.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.

Bonus Points (Good to Have)

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
  • Previous internship or freelance experience in UI/UX projects.
