CFT Follow-ups

  • Activity: Drive tasks/activities proactively to enable the timely execution of task
  • Task Involved: See to it that tasks are followed up proactively for timeline closure. For eg: Get KLD from Packaging team so that artwork release can happen on time. In network meetings only status update is taken which BM will be sitting to see to it that things are in place

Artwork Approvals Follow up

  • Activity: Release of artwork post approval by all stakeholders
  • Task Involved: Post pushing of artwork by BM to stakeholders, follow up on the same with stakeholders, get consolidated feedback, share with agency, Get the revised artwork, Run the same through BM and get it approved by all stakeholders and release the artwork.Aside Versioning and Archiving of all Primary and Secondary artworks too need to be done in common Folder

POSM Artwork Release Assistance

  • Activity: POSM Artwork Release enablement
  • Task Involved: Once BM sends the POSM artwork across to stakeholders, need to follow up with stakeholders for artwork approvals and enable release (Like Primary and Secondary Packaging artworks

POSM Execution Follow ups

  • Activity: Get quotes from vendors for POSM, Check on timely connectivity of POSM at Depots, Enable Payment of vendors on time
  • Task Involved: Getting quotations from vendors for various tasks (POSM, sampling kits etc). See to it that POs are generated on time by co-ordinating with respective teams and enable timely vendor payment.
