The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Associate - Strategy & Brand Experiences to join our team at YELLAWE. This role will be instrumental in building and managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring exceptional brand experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet both client needs and business objectives.

Based on your skills and our requirements, here are your key responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and advocateUnderstand client needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutionsEffectively communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to clientsEnsure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionallyProject Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and strategy, to ensure seamless project executionCoordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within budgetManage client feedback and revisions, ensuring alignment between client expectations and project deliverablesStrategy Development:Contribute to the development of campaign strategies that align with client objectivesCollaborate with the strategy team to define campaign goals and KPIsEnsure strategic alignment across all project deliverablesAdministrative Support:Maintain accurate client records and project documentationAssist with the preparation of client presentations and reportsSupport the team with administrative tasks as needed
