We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR & Office Administrator to join our team in Kanhangad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll management, performance evaluations, and compliance with labor laws, all while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to labour regulations.
Oversee employee engagement activities and handle workplace grievances or conflicts effectively.
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and goals.
Administer payroll, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee benefits.
Monitor employee performance and support managers with appraisal processes.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.
Stay updated with employment laws and ensure organizational compliance.
Ensure the smooth functioning of daily office administration and support tasks.
Foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and high performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
Experience: 1–5 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions.
Key Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
o Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
o In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
o Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
o Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
