We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR & Office Administrator to join our team in Kanhangad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll management, performance evaluations, and compliance with labor laws, all while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to labour regulations.

  • Oversee employee engagement activities and handle workplace grievances or conflicts effectively.

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and goals.

  • Administer payroll, attendance tracking, leave management, and employee benefits.

  • Monitor employee performance and support managers with appraisal processes.

  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.

  • Stay updated with employment laws and ensure organizational compliance.

  • Ensure the smooth functioning of daily office administration and support tasks.

  • Foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and high performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

  • Experience: 1–5 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions.

  • Key Skills:

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.

o Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.

o In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

o Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

o Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
