Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and conversion rates
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance feedback
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Ensure excellent customer engagement and satisfaction

Centre Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring efficiency and service quality
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues promptly
  • Coordinate with other departments (marketing, HR, finance) for smooth functioning

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present sales and operational reports to senior management
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies
  • Track budget utilization and optimize cost-efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
