Own the entire service offering including the P&L.
§ Will carry Revenue and FTE targets and work closely with Sales and Ops to close deals.
§ Strong domain knowledge. Will define the service strategy and roadmap.
§ Deliver MRDs (Market Requirements Documents) and PRDs (Service Requirements Documents) with prioritized features and corresponding justification / validation.
§ Responsible to Prepare Business Plans and getting approvals from the stakeholders including Pricing, Service Levels, Revenue Targets, etc.
§ Responsible to create all documents / collaterals required for the product.
§ Responsible to work with different functional teams to design and develop the service offering.
§ Work with internal teams and external third parties to assess partnerships and sales opportunities.
§ Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage service and samples.
§ Be an expert with respect to the competition and its offerings.
§ Act and drive as a leader within the company and reporting to the functional head.
§ Responsible for Training, Knowledge Management, Governance, Visiting Client Prospects, Periodic Monitoring, etc.
Education Qualification § Bachelor’s degree
§ MBA /CA preferred
Skills/Competencies Required- § Domain expertise – OC, PP, RR, Taxes (Accounting Life cycle)
§ Thorough understanding of the relevant Service Line and applicability in various verticals and industries.
§ Ability to gauge, understand the customer requirements, suggest possible solutions that include guidelines, measurement metrics timelines and ROI to business and NextWealth.
§ Track Record of achieving success in launching excellent products including the revenues, product positioning, price advantage, etc.
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good strength in creating presentation and articulating the solution to both internal and external stakeholders.
§ Technical background or understanding with experience in Digital Customer Experience
§ Good understanding and knowledge of tools and platforms being used in these areas.
§ Examples and at least one sample of an effective document
delivered in the past.
§ Excellent skills in the ability to work with multiple cross functional teams and ability to influence without authority and t drive the project towards successful outcomes.
§ Open to travel and meet customers, partners, prospects, etc.
