Job Summary:
Responsible for driving business growth by formulating an effective quality strategy and undertaking business development to help in meeting Company’s growth objectives
EXPERIENCE
Duties you'll be entrusted with:
Establish the procedure for quality related activities.
Lead quality department on day to day basis for concern activities
Ensure that the manufacturing processes comply with both local and global production standards
Understanding customer and stakeholder requirements to develop effectual quality processes
Investigation of consumer complaints and evaluation of new vendors/materials
Ensure that the organization complies with relevant quality standards and regulations, which may include ISO 9001 / AS9100D / IATF standards, industry-specific certifications, and customer-specific requirements.
To manage Plant Quality Management Representative (MR) activities
Collect and analyze data related to quality control, using statistical methods and quality management tools to identify trends and areas for improvement
Provide technical support to the production and guidance to staff in submission of materials for approval as per engineering drawings.
Analyze results and decide the acceptance level of the final product.
Carry out Internal Audit
Develop method statements for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.
Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-conformance reports and other QA/QC documents.
Supervise and provide guidance to quality control teams or inspectors, assigning tasks and monitoring their performance
Training to quality department personnel for building a strong work unit
Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements
Professional in BE/BTech Mechanical/ Aerospace/ Automobile
8-10 years of experience in the quality department and preferably carbon composites industries.
Knowledge & Skills Knowledge about the composites and technology ISO 9001 / AS9100D / IATF standards
