Receives survey reports and performs detailed data checks and analysis. Performs data comparisons and insights to support Pay range development process.Handle annual Merit Planning process. Supports CCWG reviews of AM incentive plans. Works with business to evaluate need for revision of programs and provides expertise in developing proposals.
