Job Purpose: The role (AVP-Sector Head in Corporate Ratings Real Estate) is responsible for positioning ICRA as a strong rating agency amongst issuers, investors, policy makers and key opinion makersThe role oversees assessment of the Corporate Sector Ratings (real estate sector)Managerial Responsibilities: Conduct regular interactions with the teams to ensure high levels of motivationEnsure staffing requirements are met on a regular basis to handle the growing business opportunitiesProviding mentoring, coaching and guidance to the team for enhanced performanceFunctional Responsibilities:Responsible for regularly monitoring rated portfolio and minimizing sharp rating swingsEnsuring timely execution of rating assignmentsInteracting with key verticals business development and other enabling functions to ensure efficient rating operations and superior client serviceTracking competitor activities and any sectoral developmentsEnsuring compliance with all requirements (Internal and Regulatory driven) and timely publishing of research reports on various sub segments of the sector with emphasis on analytical qualityContributing to the development and improvement of rating methodology for various sub segments of financial sectorMaintain constant touch with issuers, investors and intermediaries.
