Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Illustrator to join our team at our Pune, Kharadi location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating captivating illustrations, with a specialization in projects targeted towards children. As an Illustrator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality artwork that aligns with our brand identity and appeals to our young audience.
Responsibilities:
Create engaging and imaginative illustrations for various children's projects, including books, and digital media.
Collaborate with writers, editors, and other team members to conceptualize and develop visual content that effectively communicates ideas and stories to children.
Understand and adhere to project briefs, style guidelines, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of artwork.
Research current trends in children's illustration and incorporate innovative techniques and styles into your work.
Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine illustrations and meet project objectives.
Maintain organized files and documentation of artwork for easy access and future reference.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, Illustration, or related field.
Proven experience as an Illustrator, with a portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality illustrations for children's projects.
Proficiency in digital illustration software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and storytelling principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Passion for children's literature and the ability to create illustrations that resonate with young audiences.
Ability to adapt to different artistic styles and project requirements.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering artwork of the highest quality.
