About the Role: BillingEngineer


We areseeking a qualified Billing Engineer with experience in the HVACindustry to join our team. The Billing Engineer will be responsiblefor managing the financial aspects of HVAC projects including costestimation billing invoicing and financial reporting. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in engineering principlesproject management and financialanalysis.


Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing cost estimation orfinancial management preferably in the HVACindustry.

Qualification:Bachelors degree inEngineering

Location:Pune

Salary:2022K


Requirements

KeyResponsibilities:


1.Maintain billing records and documentation including invoicespayment receipts and contractagreements.

2.Coordinate with project teams suppliers and subcontractors toverify billing information and resolve billingdiscrepancies.

3.Review contract documents including terms and conditions paymentschedules and change orders related to HVACprojects.

4.Analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost projectionsfor materials labor equipment and other projectrelatedexpenses.

5.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that costestimates align with project objectives and clientexpectations.

6.Prepare financial reports cost summaries and variance analyses tomonitor project performance and financialstatus.

7.Address client inquiries concerns and disputes related to billingand invoicing in a professional and timelymanner.

8.Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiencyenhancement in billing and financial managementworkflows.


Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain billing records anddocumentation, including invoices, payment receipts, and contractagreements. 2. Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, andsubcontractors to verify billing information and resolve billingdiscrepancies. 3.
