Role
RPA Developer : We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Automation Anywhere (RPA) Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience. As a Senior Automation Anywhere Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to optimize business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, assess feasibility, and deliver high-quality automation solutions.
Location
The successful candidate shall be placed at any of our Client's location in Pune. It is a Full-time Job, “No” remote work. Engineers willing to work full-time in RPA may apply. Candidates who can join on “Contract to Hire” basis shall be preferred.
Responsibilities
1. Design and Development:
Lead the design and development of automation solutions using Automation Anywhere (RPA) technology.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Create detailed solution design documents and technical specifications.
2. Programming and Scripting:
Develop, test, and deploy automation scripts using Automation Anywhere.
Utilize programming languages and scripting (e.g., Python, Java) to enhance automation capabilities.
Implement error handling and debugging procedures to ensure robust and reliable automation processes.
3. Process Assessment and Optimization:
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document process requirements.
Identify areas for process improvement and optimization through automation.
4. Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any issues and bugs identified during testing.
5. Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation processes, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
Provide training and support to end-users on using automated solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4 years of experience as an Automation Anywhere Developer.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, .net or similar.
Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Automation Anywhere.
Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath or Blue Prism or Power Automate.
Experience in developing RPA bots using keystroke and mouse operation-based events, object-based identification, and intelligent OCR capabilities.
Experience in Power Automate will be added advantage.
Experience in OData API’s & REST API’s will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
Hands on experience on Power Automate would be added advantage.
