TheRole

TheSenior RPA Developer designs and implements RPA solutions primarilywith Automation Anywhere enhancing business processes throughautomation.

Responsibilitiesinclude solution architecture testing code reviews crossplatformintegration and stakeholder collaboration. Key skills required:advanced programming cloud environments API integration anddatabaseautomation.


SkillsRequirements

  • RPAPlatforms: 5 years of experience in RPA development with AutomationAnywhere.
  • 3years of handson experience with UiPath or PowerAutomate.
  • ProgrammingKnowledge: Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScriptPython or JavaScript to build complex automations andintegrations.
  • CloudAutomation: Familiarity with cloudbased RPA solutions and deployingautomations in SaaS/PaaS environments (Azure AWSetc.).


Requirements
  • Designand Development: Design develop and implement scalable RoboticProcess Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere.Collaborate on additional automation solutions leveraging UiPathand/or Power Automate as secondarytools.
  • ProcessOptimization: Analyze existing business processes identifyautomation opportunities and provide recommendations for processimprovements usingRPA.
  • SolutionArchitecture: Lead the architecture design and delivery of RPAsolutions ensuring alignment with business goals and technicalrequirements.
  • CrossPlatformIntegration: Integrate RPA solutions with various applications anddatabases ensuring smooth execution across platforms and tools(Automation Anywhere UiPath PowerAutomate).
  • Testingand Debugging: Lead and participate in endtoend testing ofautomated workflows ensuring accuracy efficiency androbustness.
  • CodeReview & Best Practices: Conduct regular code reviewspromote RPA development best practices and ensure highqualitysolutiondelivery.
  • ComponentDevelopment: Develop reusable automation components that can beused across multiple projects reducing development time andincreasingefficiency.
  • Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation including processdesign documents (PDD) solution design documents (SDD) andtechnical specifications for RPAsolutions.
  • Collaboration& Stakeholder Management: Work closely with businessstakeholders subject matter experts (SMEs) and IT teams to ensureRPA solutions align with businessneeds.
  • Maintenance& Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPAimplementations troubleshooting issues and optimizingperformance.
  • AutomationExpertise: Indepth understanding of RPA lifecycle from requirementgathering process design development and testing to deployment andmonitoring.
  • AI& ML Integration: Knowledge of integrating AI/MLtechnologies such as intelligent document processing OCR or NLPinto automation workflows is aplus.
  • APIs& Integrations: Experience with integrating RPA solutionsvia APIs working with REST/SOAP web services and automating dataexchange betweensystems.
  • Databases& Reporting: Experience with databases (SQL NoSQL) and theability to automate data extraction manipulation and reportingprocesses.
  • AgileMethodology: Experience in working with agile development teams andparticipating in sprint planning daily standups andretrospectives.
  • TeamLeadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior developers provideguidance and ensure that team members are following RPA bestpractices.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshootcomplex automation challenges and implement effectivesolutions.
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaboratewith crossfunctional teams and present automation insights tonontechnicalstakeholders.
