In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with engineering, AI, data science, growth, and operations to ensure the platform meets the needs of both creators and consumers. You’ll drive the development of tools and workflows to automate and optimise content distribution, campaign management, and metadata processes.What do you own?Drive the automation of complex business processes in content creation, quality, moderation, management, and deliveryIdentify and develop comprehensive content platform capabilities that manage and process content and metadata, powering all client-facing productsDevelop and execute a product roadmap and strategy that leverages data insights, aligning with user and business needsCreate tools to automate and streamline promotional and marketing campaignsEffectively communicate complex ideas, fostering alignment among leadership and cross-functional teamsCollaborate with various product teams to develop solutions to shared challenges across multiple product linesInfluence company leadership to explore and adopt bold innovations, including building & integrating generative AI technologiesWhat are we looking for?5+ years of product management experience, ideally in building internal or platform products for delivering operational excellenceProficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving, skilled at converting data insights into practical strategiesPassion for designing and delivering innovative and scalable platform solutions.Excellent cross-functional collaboration: Engineering, AI Research, Analytics, Design, and Business teamsPreferred experience in product development involving AI/ML technologies
