Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Rust code to address complex software challenges, delivering efficient and scalable solutions.- Utilize business acumen and analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from public databases.- Write clear, maintainable code and effectively document your work in online notebooks or other platforms.- Adhere to coding best practices and contribute to improving overall code quality.- Engage in prompt engineering, leveraging tools like ChatGPT to accelerate development while understanding their limitations.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and researchers, ensuring seamless communication of technical concepts.- Commit to continuous learning and self-improvement, adapting to new tools and technologies.

Requirements:

Must-Have Technical Skills:

- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.- At least 2.5 years of hands-on experience working with Rust, including backend development.- Strong knowledge of code quality, formatting, and software development best practices.- Experience with AI/ML tools and Prompt Engineering.- Familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Jupyter Notebooks).- Experience solving complex programming challenges with clear, maintainable solutions.

Non-Technical Skills:

- Excellent comprehension and problem-solving skills.- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities in English.- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly to change.- Positive, energetic attitude and a collaborative mindset.
