Educational Qualification :- Accounting Degree / Commerce Graduate / MBA Finance

Domain Experience:-Having 10 to 12years of experience in AP, GL and AR domain and having exposure in ERP and MS Office .Should be able to use business communication and presentation skill.Prior Team handling experience along with Stakeholders and customer management experience is mandatory and needs to be data oriented.

Roles and Responsibilities:-•Supervise the overall functioning of R2R, AP and AR functions.•Identify and interpret client skills needs.•Establish, maintain, and promote working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Maintain communications with clients, employees, and internal stake holders in an efficient and timely manner.Plan & prioritize Teams workload to delivery in accordance with agreed schedules.Ensure accurate and timely delivery in accordance with procedures & client requirements.Act as a client focal point and maintain regular client/internal communication.Handle weekly / monthly client calls as lead from WNS.Preparation of weekly/monthly dashboardsHandle People issues and manage the performance engagement.Enables the team’s efficient use of file sharing technologies and ensure process documentation and SOPs are developed and kept current.Manage SLA's and quality of processMet customer requirements, manage governance with clients and internal managementsResponsible for people management, people development and attrition• Manage transformation projectsSound understanding and experience of AP and AR process, preferably for US clientsStrong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Hands-on with Excel, PPT, other MS office tools, and other presentation toolsAnalytical and Logical ThinkingWilling to work in US hours shifts and from office

Language Capability :-

English Domestic & International Spoken Proficiency :- Excellent English communication skills Written Proficiency :- Excellent English communication skills
