Packaging Procurement Coordinator

Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Procurement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging procurement and excellent coordination skills. This role requires effective communication and organizational abilities to manage the procurement process and liaise between various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:1. Packaging Material Procurement:- Assist in sourcing and procuring packaging materials as per the company's requirements.- Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of packaging materials.- Maintain a basic understanding of different types of packaging materials and their applications.

2. Vendor Coordination:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure seamless communication and transactions.- Coordinate with the factory team to understand packaging needs and align them with vendor capabilities.- Facilitate regular meetings and communication between vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment on delivery schedules and quality standards.

3. Financial Coordination:- Collaborate with the finance team to match ledgers and ensure accurate financial records.- Monitor and manage budget allocations for packaging procurement to stay within financial guidelines.

4. Reporting and Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including vendor agreements, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, budget usage, and vendor performance for management review.

Requirements:Experience: 3-4 years of experience in packaging procurement, with a proven track record of managing vendor relationships and procurement processes.Knowledge: Basic knowledge of packaging materials and their applications.Skills: Strong organizational and coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
