Job Description :

As a Frontend Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user interfaces of our web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver visually stunning and highly functional web experiences. We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in Frontend development, a deep understanding of modern web technologies, and a passion for creating outstanding user interfaces.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of UI developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, responsive websites.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate design concepts into fully functional user interfaces.

- Develop and maintain reusable UI components using HTML5, JavaScript ES6+, ReactJS, Next.js, VueJS, and NuxtJS.

- Ensure the websites meet security standards and performance requirements.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in web development.

- Work closely with the QA team to ensure the quality of the front-end code.

- Be responsible for the front-end deployment process, including CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of web applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, including cross-browser compatibility and responsive design challenges.

- Collaborate with the team to integrate REST APIs.

- Experience with Node.js is a plus.

- Utilize cloud services, such as GCP or AWS, for web application deployment and scaling.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 6+ years of experience in front-end web development.

- Proficiency in HTML5, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScripts, ReactJS, Next.js, VueJS, and NuxtJS.

- Strong knowledge of responsive web design principles.

- Familiarity with REST APIs and the ability to integrate them into the UI.

- Experience with front-end deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines.

- Deep understanding of web security best practices.

- Proven track record in optimizing front-end performance.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor a team of Frontend developers.

- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Frontend development.
