Position - Human Capital ConsultantLocation - MumbaiTotal Experience - 7+ yearsQualifications Educational - Graduate / Post Graduate preferredRelevant Experience:- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or technical hiring.- Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical terminology (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps, data, QA).- Experience in Lateral hiring.- Strong knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:- Assist in managing recruitment for IT roles — from job posting to offer closure.- Partner with hiring manager to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.- Source candidates using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, internal databases).- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.- Schedule interviews, coordinate with vendors and ensure a smooth candidate experience.- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).- Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the hiring team.- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and IT job market dynamics.Please contact - Shraddha Sharma | - Whatsapp
