Position - Human Capital Consultant Location - Mumbai Total Experience - 7+ years Qualifications Educational - Graduate / Post Graduate preferred Relevant Experience: - 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or technical hiring. - Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical terminology (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps, data, QA). - Experience in Lateral hiring. - Strong knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Assist in managing recruitment for IT roles — from job posting to offer closure. - Partner with hiring manager to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles. - Source candidates using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, internal databases). - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. - Schedule interviews, coordinate with vendors and ensure a smooth candidate experience. - Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. - Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the hiring team. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and IT job market dynamics.
