You’ll work directly with the founders and other early hires to design, build, and deliver features that make rental turnovers faster, safer, and more efficient.Responsibilities Design and implement the ReadyOS backend in Xano, including core data models, workflows, and API endpoints.Translate product requirements into a scalable database schema and business logic.Build backend workflows that bring the platform’s dispatch and compliance algorithms to life.Develop tools for insurance compliance , including document intake, validation logic, and standardized storage.Create and integrate invoicing and
