  • Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Utilize agile methodologies to manage workflows and project timelines.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams involved in the product development process.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices within the engineering team.
  • Innovation and Compliance: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our product offerings. Ensure compliance with industry standards and manage audits related to development processes.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in engineering management with a strong technical background in software development.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure board, Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies (preferably Azure).

Preferred Skills

  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and SaaS business models.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, Software as a service (SaaS) and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) platform.
