Making Drawings/Concept Drawings/Working GFC Drawing.Co-ordination with RCC Consultant/MEP Consultant & make Consolidated Drawings.Co-ordination with in House general manager for Municipal rule discussion/Changes/DecisionRegular basis site visit while project under construction.Co-ordination with marketing consultants/3D Model/Rendering ConsultantMaking sale drawing/Meeting with Sales Team for any changes in Layout/Drawings.Checking of slabs/open spaces along with consultants on site.Making all presentation drawing for HRC/MOEF.Giving all design related data for MOEF.Qualifications and skills

Awareness onto Municipal rule, discussion / change/ decisionEducational Qualification

Architect / M. Archcoordination/ rendering/ 3d/ autocad drawings checker/ sales plans/ follow up with mep/ rcc/ moef/ facade/ parking consultant
