Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team at Right Vision Consultancy Services. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of various architectural projects. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and requires a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture4 to 6 years of relevant work experience as an ArchitectProficiency in architectural design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUpStrong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processesExcellent project management and organizational skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAttention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completionManage and coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and successful project deliveryDevelop and present architectural designs, proposals, and solutions to clients and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standardsConduct site visits and inspections to oversee construction progress and qualityReview and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and materialsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team membersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate architectural designs with other project disciplinesStay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectureParticipate in business development activities, including client presentations and proposal preparation
