Product Designer

About the Role
We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our growing team and play a key role in the product development process.
You will work closely with clients, product managers, and other teams to translate user needs into visually appealing and user-friendly products.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and desired product functionalities.
- Translate client needs into creative and effective product designs.
- Work with product managers and other teams (sales, marketing) to establish a product development roadmap and launch strategy.
- Develop and iterate on product prototypes to ensure user satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate design decisions and gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- Adapt design approaches based on user feedback and project requirements.
- Manage design projects within budget constraints.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, User Experience (UX) Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of experience in product design or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present design ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for user-centered design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
