Position: Billing Engineer (Civil) - Full TimeLocation: Hyderabad

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Billing Engineer to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction billing and cost estimation, with a thorough understanding of Indian construction practices, regulations, and market conditions. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing billing documents, tracking project expenses, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. The candidate must be willing to visit construction sites regularly to update quantity and cost estimates bills.The projects will be of CPWD ( Central Public Works Department).

Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Proven experience as a Billing Engineer or similar role in the Indian construction industry.Thorough experience and knowledge in levels and excavation related ActivitiesIn-depth knowledge of construction billing practices, cost estimation techniques, and relevant software (e.g., MS Office)Visit construction sites regularly to update quantity and cost estimates bills based on the actual progress and materials used.Prepare billing documents, including invoices, progress reports, and payment requests, in accordance with project milestones and client requirements.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.Willingness to travel to construction sites for updates and inspections.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.Preferred: Prior experience as a Billing Engineer.Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
