Roles andResponsibilities:
1.Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postingsscreening interviewing and selection.Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs andensure the timely placement of qualifiedcandidates.
2.Attendance and PayrollManagement: AttendanceManagement system for all the employees in thesystem. Smooth functioning of payrollprocessing system and successful operation ofsoftware.3. EmployeeRelations: Foster positiveemployee relations through effective communication conflictresolution and proactive engagement. Addressemployee concerns and grievances ensuring fair and consistentapplication of policies.4. Training andDevelopment: Identifytraining needs and coordinate the development and delivery oftraining programs. Support employees intheir professional growth and careerdevelopment.5. HR Policies andCompliances: Develop andmaintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicablelaws and regulations. Keep abreast ofchanges in labor laws and update policiesaccordingly.6. PerformanceManagement: Implement andoversee performance management processes including goal settingperformance reviews and development plans.Provide guidance to managers on addressing performance issues andrecognizing employee achievements.7. HRAdministration: Maintainaccurate employee records and HR databases.Handle daytoday HR administrative tasks such as documentationcontracts and onboardingprocesses.
8.Exit Management: Preparesemployee separation related documentation and conducts exitinterviews to determine reasons behindseparations. Handle the departure withsensitivity and maintain confidentiality regarding the reasons forleaving. Ensure compliance with employmentlaws and regulations during the exitprocess. Aim for a positive closuremaintaining a good relationship with departingemployees.9. EmployeeEngagement: Planning Yearlybudget for employee engagement activities and preparing yearly planaccording to the same. Prepare strategiesand initiatives which can foster a positive and productiverelationship between employees &organization.10. OrganizationalDevelopment: Contribute tothe development and implementation of organizational developmentstrategies. Participate in strategicplanning and provide HR insights to support businessgoals.
SkillsNeeded:
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similarrole. Strong understanding of employmentlaws and regulations of state and country.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills. Ability to make strategic decisionsin a fastpaced environment. Ability tomaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information withdiscretion. Strong organizational andproblemsolvingskills.
Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or arelated field. Master s degree or HR certification is aplus.
