We are looking for Senior Analysts who can work with global finance team to understand their complex reporting process, underlying needs, map them into model and help them in their transformation journey.

In this role, you will provide delivery advice (Blueprint, configuration, programming or workflow) and ensure technical integrity of the delivered solution. You'll help the business stay compliant, manage costs, and save time.

We're looking for someone who excels when no two days are the same. Integrity, resilience, and pushing the boundaries are must-haves in this job. Whether you're in meetings with business partners or sales, developers, or design, you'll be the guiding voice that helps us clarify ideas so we can create a business blueprint. Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

Implementation.

Functional owner of Finance Data Layer pertaining to Headcount & FTE and the face of HCM Governance team.

Requirements.

Support the day-to-day operations of the HCM Governance by maintaining components of the enterprise-wide governance framework that facilitates and supports effective management decision-making and continuous improvement. Ensure that HC and FTE are reported correctly on weekly and monthly basis and flag out anomalies to respective BU and HR. Evolve HCM Governance process by bringing in improved and enhanced governance process across board. Participate in special projects to institute checks & controls . Interact with senior leaders to assist in implementing Governance procedures and also should be able to handle ad-hoc questions and audit requests for the stakeholders.

Relationships.

Responsible to guide system set up team and technical team. You'll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders from different geographies and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately.

Measurement.

Responsible to provide solution to business partner requirements when the requirement is beyond standard template. Responsible to decide data transition and testing strategy. Plays key role in the success of the transformation process.

Variety of work.

There is no typical day as you will always be part of transformation process along with your regular Business at work . You could be working on data exploration and validation to eliminate manual process or engaging with technical teams in deciding the optimal solutions for them. Best part? You'll get to see all your ideas come to life.

Presentations.

You'll speak to internal stakeholders to communicate and defend ideas while answering critical questions.

A university or professional degree in Finance is great but not required. What's more important is having the attitude to do the job.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Proficient in Excel, Word, Smartview and OBIEE.Analytical ability.Good listening and communication skills.Inclusive team player to be able to understand different point of view and manage conflict in client organization.Work collaboratively with teams spread across geography.Ability to take ownership and pressure.Understanding of tools and technology.
