Job Description

Our client is a digital bank providing a variety of financial products and services via its mobile app. It includes online account opening, budgeting tools, mobile payments, and more, all designed to make banking easier for its customers.


Location: Germany, Frankfurt am Main
Type of contract: Permanent, on-site/hybrid


Your tasks
  • The technical and disciplinary leadership of a development team in the area of loans
  • The continuous development of your employees through cooperative leadership
  • You design the technical specifications for sustainable conventions and architectures in the management team
  • You develop and design processes and their automation
  • The development of new and further development of existing features in high quality and implementation speed is also part of it
  • Optimization, scaling and further development of the overall architecture of your area
  • You take overall responsibility for the IT systems for your area (software, servers, availability, CI/CD)

Requirements


  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a software architect / senior developer.  Ideally, you have already gained some experience in team management or as a lead developer
  • Very good knowledge of object-oriented development with Java
  • Very good knowledge of MySQL, Spring Boot & Docker
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g. Angular) is desirable
  • Hands-on mentality, enjoyment of development and a high level of commitment
  • Quality awareness, independent work and problem solving
  • Good knowledge of German (С1) and English (С1)

Requirements
