We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead with expertise in Java development to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to lead and manage a technical team effectively.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process, assigning tasks to team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Effective Communication : Demonstrate strong communication skills in interactions with clients, understanding their requirements, and providing updates on project progress.

Troubleshooting and Problem-solving : Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and resolve challenges encountered during the development process.

Task Assignment : Take accountability for assigning tasks to the technical team, ensuring that responsibilities are clearly defined and deadlines are met.

Confidence : Display confidence in your abilities as a leader and a developer, inspiring confidence in team members and stakeholders.

Positive Attitude and Personality : Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Task Management : Effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech).

- Minimum of 5 to 9 years of experience in Java development.

- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Confidence in decision-making and task delegation.

- Positive attitude, adaptable to changing requirements and challenges.
