Full TimeJob descriptionPosition SummaryAn Associate Group Head/Group Head would look into the day-to-day needs of an account and also ensure the long-term stability and growth of the relationship and revenue along with the Account Director. An Associate Group Head/Group Head must assist the Account Director to deliver brand objectives. An Associate Group Head/Group Head also serves as the internal team leader and drives integration with all the verticals.Key Responsibility AreaFosters innovation and quality to ensure delivery of best product in the industryIs responsible for creating brand strategies and insights for brandsBe the brand/category subject matter expertProvide proactive contribution to clients’ business, demonstrating best-in-class interactive product (innovation and quality)Proactive business review meetings to be conducted with all the clientsDevelop annual strategies and achieve the overall strategic and financial goalManage escalations on the accountQuarterly planning and briefing the team on the planned campaignsOverseeing financial process for the accountTeam Leadership & DevelopmentEmbraces and encourages a culture based on team work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosityMotivates, leads, and manages internal teams, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet our clients’ performance and business objectivesDrives adoption of stated account management best practices through example setting, positive reinforcement and behavioural correctionAttracting & retaining the best talent for the accountSkillsExcellent command on English language (Spoken and Written)Passion for excellence with high attention to detailsProactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skillsAble to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressureGood at absorbing large amounts of information, with a general hunger for learningCredible, confident and articulate, with good communication and presentation skillsInnovative and creative, with a concise, precise and effective approach to problem solvingQualificationsEducation:Post Graduate / MBAMust have experience in the digital landscapeStrong management/marketing experience including: team, budget and client relationshipExcellent writing and presentation skillsExtreme attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environmentWhat You Can Expect From Interactive Avenues Interactive Avenue’s vision is to make advertising more insightful to the brands.
