Job Purpose:

We are seeking a talented Group Head - Copy to lead our creative team. In this role, you will oversee the development of impactful copy content for various advertising platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor copywriters, and contribute to campaign strategies.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of copywriters.
  • Create compelling copy for traditional advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure brand-aligned messaging in all copy content.
  • Collaborate with team members for effective campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and consumer insights.
  • Review and edit copy for accuracy and clarity.
  • Present creative concepts to clients.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Promote creativity, innovation, and excellence.
  • Deliver high-quality work.

Professional Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years in senior copywriting, preferably in an advertising agency.
  • Strong portfolio in traditional advertising.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and generate original ideas.
  • Strong project management and software skills.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
