Location: Remote (California hours) with occasional travel
Duration: 6 months with potential for extension
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role involves more than standard project management; we need someone skilled in facilitating workshops, managing vendor relationships, and developing future roadmaps and program plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with the ServiceNow platform and the ability to work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops to gather requirements, align goals, and drive decisions.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors.
Roadmap Development: Use your implementation experience to help shape future roadmaps and program plans.
Technical Liaison: Communicate effectively with developers, leveraging your understanding of technical concepts.
Platform Expertise: Utilize your ServiceNow experience to guide project activities and decisions.
Agile Methodologies: Support backend management using Azure DevOps (ADO), providing valuable insights to the development team.
Requirements Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record.
Expertise in facilitating workshops and managing vendor relationships.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
Experience in developing roadmaps and program plans.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work California hours and travel occasionally.

Requirements
Qualifications: Previous experience in heavy equipment/fleet management managing equipment maintenance, repairs and purchases.
