The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating engaging web content, and analyzing campaign performance. The role involves closely collaborating with the design and content teams to generate innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and manage engaging social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)Develop and implement content strategies aligned with marketing goalsUse AI tools for content creation, caption writing, ad ideas, and performance optimizationManage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and track performance metricsConduct competitor research, trend analysis, and audience engagementCollaborate with the design and content team for visual and video content creationPrepare monthly social calenders, performance reports and suggest improvements based on analyticsCommunicating with clients to gather client requirements and marketing goalsRequirementsBachelor’s degree or course in digital marketing or related field1–3 years of experience in digital or social media marketingStrong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and analytics toolsFamiliarity with AI tools for marketing automation and creative contentExcellent communication, creative thinking, and time management skillsKnowledge of SEO, email marketing and content writing is a plus
