Roles and Responsibilities Responsibilities 1. ARU Building and driving the campaign science for stimulation of customer franchise Building multi channel strategy for targeting the segmented addressing Leading and coordinating with analytics teams to build the segmented solutions Create solutions for managing marketing properties on 3in1 app and Web, creating solutions to match marketing content to customers Coordinate with different platform/asset stakeholders to track business performance Building and designing the DOEs for campaigns to understand customer behavior 2. Driving Omni Channel Strategy Working on building and driving Traffic through web and app asset Work closely with Marketplace teams, Business teams to drive the business growth and plan sale events on Marketplace and Offline Stores Work closely with Marketing and different platform owners to drive customer traffic from different sources on online and offline platform Work with analytics team for campaign segmentation and create campaign plan to create customer stimuli Lead A or B testing on platform to drive and enhance business output 3. Team Management and Coaching Participate in selection process to identify the right talent for positions within the team Determine individual training needs and development plans to build expertise and enhance skills in the team Set objectives, conduct reviews and close appraisal processes for the team as per timelines 4 Stakeholder Management: Liaise with PMO, Sales team, Platform owners, Legal and Compliance team to ensure timely project delivery Required Qualifications and Experience 1. Graduate or Post-graduate with 6-8 years of experience in Campaign Management and Data Management. 2. Experience in BFSI is preferred 3. E-commerce industry Background 4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office. Specifically, MS Power-point and MS Excel 5. Strong communication skills
