Job Description

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of SCCM systems.  Administer SCCM server performance and ensure availability.  Design and maintain system tools, scripts, and automation processes.  Monitor capacity planning.  Create high-level and low-level design documents as required for solutions.

Required Technical Competencies

Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SCCM Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the management and maintenance of our SCCM systems. This role involves a range of responsibilities, from server builds and scripting to troubleshooting and system optimization. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, technically proficient professional who can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Skills and Experience: 

Should have strong experience in Microsoft Endpoint configuration Manager.  In-depth knowledge in the design and installation of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.  Should have knowledge of SCCM Administration, network ports, boundaries, Discovery methods.  Troubleshoot issues related to software delivery, patch management, inventory solutions etc  Monthly MS patch deployment and reporting of Patching, Software Distribution, Agent status.  Experience in creating custom reports and dashboards using WQL / SQL Reports  Create and manage application and Package deployments and troubleshooting of failed deployments.  Knowledge on e-mail approval application deployment  SCCM client deployments/Upgrade and troubleshooting  Certificates deployments from SCCM  Should have experience in SCCM In Place upgrade and OS In place upgrades.  Monitor Microsoft SCCM Platform health and mitigate identified problems  Troubleshooting content distribution issues  Strong experience in Windows Image Capture, Task sequence creation, Drivers management and Boot Images.  Should have strong troubleshooting knowledge on PXE and offline Image deployments.  Should have knowledge on SCCM backup and restore.  In depth knowledge on Windows updates deployment issues  Preferred relevant certifications.  Knowledge on PowerShell scripting and SQL Database
