Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Content Writer specializing in Data and AI to lead our content strategy and production efforts. This role is pivotal in crafting compelling narratives that simplify complex technical topics for a diverse audience ranging from CIOs to data architects. You will develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our buyer personas and customer journey, ensuring our brand voice is consistent and engaging across all platforms.


Roles & Responsibilities:


Develop a Content Strategy

  • Develop comprehensive content strategies and editorial calendars tailored to buyer personas, customer journeys, and competitive insights.
  • Conduct thorough market research, keep abreast of technological advancements, and engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) and analysts to identify key content topics.
  • Strategically map content types and topics to diverse customer audiences, ranging from CIOs to data architects.
  • Craft compelling commercial copy and content for global and divisional campaigns, including websites, advertisements, social media posts, case studies, newsletters, landing pages, PDFs, eBooks, event content, email campaigns, video scripts, brochures, and paid media.

Produce Premium Content

  • Write, edit, and publish in-depth content such as articles, eBooks, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Simplify complex data infrastructure and AI topics into easily digestible, expert narratives.

Optimize Content for High Visibility

  • Integrate SEO best practices across all content.
  • Perform continuous keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Implement metadata schema, alt text, and structured data to enhance findability.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

  • Work closely with SMEs and practice leaders to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Partner with the commercial team to develop campaigns and assets.
  • Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure optimal content presentation.

Guard Brand Voice and Improve Processes

  • Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all content.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve content processes and efficiency.

Contribute to Company-Wide Content Efforts

  • Support content requests from Partnerships, Talent Marketing, and Communications teams as needed.
  • Perform copyediting tasks to ensure high-quality content across the company.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in B2B content creation.
  • 4+ years of specialized experience in writing content for data and AI technologies.
  • Deep understanding of data and AI platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing published articles, eBooks, and case studies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications, Software Development, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A natural curiosity and commitment to staying updated on data and AI trends and technologies.
  • Strategic thinker capable of mapping content to various stages of the customer journey.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative team player able to work seamlessly with technology, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and outstanding grammar/editing skills.
  • Self-motivated leader capable of guiding multiple writers.
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into compelling, accessible narratives.
  • Proficient in SEO best practices.
