As a Lease Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless lease administration and support our leasing operations. With over $300 million in assets under management, we specialize in acquiring, adding value, managing and selling CRE properties with the goal of maximizing investor returns. Our portfolio includes commercial retail properties, medical buildings, daycare facilities, single-family residents and commercial land across the country. Commercial Lease Coordinator Summary The Commercial Lease Coordinator plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of a US-based Commercial Real Estate Company. This position is responsible for supporting the leasing team in coordinating and managing various aspects of commercial leases, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from lease negotiation to execution. The role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Salary: 10 LPA - 12 LPA + Incentives Responsibilities : 1. Lease Administration: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing lease agreements, amendments, and related documents. Input lease terms and relevant data into property management software for accurate tracking and reporting. Maintain accurate lease records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 2. Lease Coordination: Facilitate communication between leasing agents, property managers, legal teams, and tenants throughout the leasing process. Coordinate property tours, inspections, and tenant meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation. Collaborate with the leasing team to schedule lease signings and manage associated paperwork. 3. Tenant Relations: Serve as a point of contact for tenants during lease negotiations, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information. Assist with tenant onboarding processes, including coordinating move-in logistics and overseeing initial lease-related interactions. 4. Market Research and Analysis: Contribute to market research efforts by gathering data on comparable leases, rental rates, and market trends to support informed decision-making. Help prepare reports and presentations that summarize market findings and potential leasing opportunities. 5. Documentation and Reporting: Generate regular reports and summaries related to lease status, upcoming expirations, and other leasing metrics for management review. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease documentation, ensuring timely distribution to relevant parties. 6. Compliance and Legal Support: Assist legal teams in ensuring lease documents adhere to company standards and legal requirements. Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to ensure lease-related processes meet industry regulations and company policies. Qualifications Required: 1-2 years of experience with MLS, Zillow Rental Manager preferred 2 years experience in Yardi or other property management tool for lease administration Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or related roles. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
