Job Description – Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer
to lead the design of our digital products. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of crafting modern, user-centric interfaces and experiences, with a strong grasp of design principles, usability, and interaction patterns. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business needs into visually appealing and intuitive digital solutions across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    end-to-end UI/UX design process
    for digital products (web, mobile, and enterprise tools).
  • Translate concepts and wireframes into
    high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications
    .
  • Develop and maintain a
    scalable design system
    that ensures consistency across all platforms.
  • Conduct
    user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions
    to refine user flows and interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, product, development) to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Ensure
    visual design excellence
    in typography, color, spacing, and layout.
  • Review front-end implementations for
    design accuracy and consistency
    .
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.

Skills Required

  • 5–7 years of professional
    UI/UX design experience
    .
  • Proficiency in design tools:
    Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop
    .
  • Strong foundation in
    typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy
    .
  • Expertise in
    responsive and mobile-first design principles
    .
  • Experience in creating
    user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design documentation
    .
  • Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    UI/UX Design, Visual Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related field
    .
  • Strong
    portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work
    across multiple products and platforms.
