Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and innovative UI/UX Designer with 6 years of proven expertise in creating seamless, user-centric web and mobile experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over design thinking, advanced prototyping, and usability testing, while also contributing strategically to product design decisions. This role requires a balance of creative vision and hands-on execution, ensuring that design solutions align with both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality user experiences.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and translate them into intuitive interfaces.

Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups using industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.

Create visually compelling designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, maintaining modern and engaging aesthetics.

Produce interactive motion graphics, animations, and promotional assets using Adobe After Effects.

Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate design decisions and improve overall usability.

Ensure design systems, style guides, and accessibility standards are consistently maintained and enhanced.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and design-driven culture.

Contribute to brand strategy, visual identity, and digital marketing design efforts in alignment with company objectives.

Tools & Skills

Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Indesign

Advanced knowledge in UI/UX principles, design thinking, interaction design, and information architecture

Strong background in responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency

Experience in design systems management, usability testing, and user research methodologies

Familiarity with branding principles, product design strategy, and digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related field

A strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design solutions across multiple platforms

Proven ability to lead design initiatives and collaborate across cross-functional teams

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Thorough knowledge of accessibility, usability standards, and emerging design trends.
