We are looking for a Manager, HR Operations APAC to join our growing team This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in supervising a local team while also partnering with the global team to continue to enhance and optimize the HR Operations function. This role will be based in our Bangalore, India office and will report into the Sr. Director, Worldwide HR Operations & Employee Services.

What you’ll be working on

Oversee the APAC HR Operation function including:Employee onboarding/offboardingEmployee changesEmployee communicationsDefine and implement policies/procedures that comply with labor and employment lawsManage a local team of HR GeneralistsHave a hands-on approach and be willing to own various portions of the HR Operations processHelp to implement various HR projects across APAC regionProvide data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutionsSupport Strategic HR Business Partners through core HR processes including compensation planning, performance reviews, performance rating process and promotions, and engagement surveysWhat you bring to the role

University degree in Human Resources or related field8+ years of experience in Human Resources OperationsExperience managing a teamPrior experience in a multi-national technology company preferredHighly proficient in MS Office; Excel and PowerPointOutstanding problem-solving skillsStrong communication and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesCollaborative and inclusive approach; ability to develop effective partnerships across the organizationWhat you’ll get from us
