Social Media/Communications and Volunteer Manager

Job Description:The Feline Foundation is seeking a proactive and organised Communications and Volunteer Manager to join our team. They will play a critical role in fundraising, social media management, event coordination, and volunteer engagement to support our mission of animal welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:Content creation

for social media posts, stories, reels, videos, creatives, etc. on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and monthly newsletter-- Write post captions-- Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe etc).-- Create trending reels (InShot etc.)Account handlingBoosting/paid promotions

2. Individual Fundraising:Fundraising on social media platforms and offline events/ popups etc.Donor communication and relationshipsMonitoring donationsCampaign strategising

3. Volunteer Management:Recruiting volunteers through social media, events etc.Volunteer attendance and performance (through portal)Corporate Volunteering activities

4. Event Management and Outreach:Merchandise stalls, workshops and educational seminars

5. Administrative tasks:Handle organisation's main email accountWeekly reporting on donations and social media insightsDocumenting organisational activities for communications

Salary range: Rs. 25,000-Rs. 40,000 monthly as per experience.
