Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical AR Caller, located in Chennai. The AR Callert will be responsible for processing patient data, including medical records, treatment records, and insurance information. Day-to-day tasks include accurate coding of services using ICD-10, preparing and submitting claims to insurance companies, handling insurance denials, verifying insurance eligibility, Obtaining Authorization and ensuring compliance with Medicare and other insurance regulations. The role also involves working closely with healthcare providers and patients to resolve billing issues and improve the efficiency of the billing process.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology and ICD-10 coding
  • Experience in handling Insurance claims and Denials
  • Familiarity with CMS regulations along with Commercial payors.
  • Familiarity with IUD's
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management is a plus
  • Certification in medical billing or coding is preferred
  • Having knowledge in Tebra is a added adavantage.
