Manifest AI is a recently launched product by BIK. It is a GPT-3.5-powered smart shopping assistant that enhances the customer experience with personalized customer support on the Shopify store. This AI Chatbot helps visitors overcome their shopping problems with product discovery, recommendations, and overall purchase assistance. With automated AI training, customers can enjoy quick assistance, lower bounce rates, fewer abandoned carts, and higher conversion rates.
Summary:
As the HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in managing all HR functions from recruitment to handling exit interviews. You will collaborate closely with department heads and employees to ensure that HR strategies align with organizational goals and objectives. The HRBP will act as a strategic advisor and consultant to senior management, guiding employee relations, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the selection of high-quality talent.
Facilitate the hiring process, including conducting reference checks and negotiating job offers.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, procedures, and culture.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
Conduct employee engagement activities to boost the morale of the employees
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and drive continuous improvement.
Provide coaching and support to managers on performance feedback and goal setting.
Organizational Development:
Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Exit Management:
Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and develop strategies to enhance employee retention.
Coordinate offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews, collecting company property, and processing final payments.
Qualifications:
2-6 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in SAAS company
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
