We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional appearance.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Assist colleagues with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Handle inquiries from clients, visitors, and staff effectively.
  • Support HR/Administration with basic office management tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/regional language is an advantage).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Professional attitude, grooming, and appearance.
  • Customer service orientation and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
