Syndication SpecialistPurpose/Job Description-

The Syndication Specialist is responsible for rights analysis and assisting with content distribution for all global Condé Nast magazines, digital platforms and ancillary productsThe candidate must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.Utilising RightslineThe Syndication Specialists responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing intellectual property and personality rights

for a number of publications, conducting research to facilitate rights clearance, and responding to requests from internal and external clients.

5 Years to 8 Years

Skills and Experience

Minimum of two years of publishing experience is advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized individual with ability to prioritizeAbility to work with people at all levels of a companyAbility to function effectively as part of a team and handle a high volume of workExperience reviewing intellectual property rightsRightsline experience a plus
