Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 8+ years of AR/Collections experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, AR systems, and controls. Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, Netsuite and High Radius) and collection tools. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven track record of reducing past dues and improving collection efficiency. Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Competency Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills. Results-driven with accountability for cash collection targets. Process-oriented with an eye for continuous improvement. Strong teamwork and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Strategy Collections Management Operational Excellence Client Communication Reporting & Analytics Compliance & Governance KPI’s Achievement of monthly/quarterly cash collection targets. Reduction in DSO and past due % of AR. Timely resolution of disputes and unapplied cash. Collector productivity and adherence to daily worklists. Accuracy and timeliness of collection reporting.
