JOB DESCRIPTION
We have an immediate requirement for a HR & ADMIN IN-CHARGE in our organisation to handle the HR and Admin functions of the company having about 50 employees.
Only candidates with the following qualifications and experience should apply.
ADMIN FUNCTIONS
1) Train, flight and hotel bookings
2) Arrange gate passes for all sites
3) Make logistic arrangements at various project sites like accommodation and local transportation
4) Safety, security and maintenance of office complex
5) Managing office supplies and logistics
6) Coordinating travel and event planning
7) Maintain accurate and organised administrative records
8) Coordinate customs clearance at airport
HR FUNCTIONS
1) Recruitments, onboarding and induction of new employees
2) Maintaining personal files of all employees data and records
3) Prepare employment contracts
4) Developing and implementing various HR policies and procedures
5) Maintain and monitor daily attendance and leave records
6) Schedule regular training for all employees and maintain training records
7) Managing employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving grievances
8) Maintain a database of Freelancer technicians
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1) Should be a graduate (a post-graduation in HR will be a plus)
2) Should have a minimum of 5 years experience in HR & Admin
3) Familiar with domestic & international flight ticket booking, visa process for various countries, hotel bookings
4) Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel, transport, and accommodation arrangements for employees and management
5) Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls and courier/ email handling
6) Monitor compliance with company policies, processes and administrative protocols
7) Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and issue offer letter
REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS
1) Highly analytical with excellent problem solving skills
2) Should have excellent communication skills
3) Should have excellent organisational and time management abilities
4) Should have managerial experience in an office setting
5) Deep understanding of budgeting best practices
6) Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook) & Google suite
7) Should have excellent strategic planning and time management abilities
8) Should be able to work under pressure
9) Should be fluent in English (Hindi speaking is an added advantage)
10) Should be able to work independently and as a part of the team
11) Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files
12) Monitor Attendance, leave and support monthly payroll inputs
13) Handle employee grievances
14) Oversee daily office administration
15) Handle all renewals related of licenses, agreements and services
