· Running Employee / Subcontracting Referral Policy on a Monthly basis.

· Coordination with other departments for onboarding new employees.

· Scheduling holiday parties and other employee engagement activities.

Mission

· Be the single point of contact for all administrative tasks in the USA Region.

Outcome

· Office facilities are always presentable to customers and employees.

· Director's calendar is effectively managed.

· Employee / Subcon's experience at Headway Tek's US location is very good.

· Coordination with other departments in India like HR, Recruitment, IT, Finance is very effective and efficient.
